How To Repair or Replace The Fill Vent Valves On Midmark M9 and M11 Autoclaves

Once you have determined that the Fill and/or Vent Solenoid Valves are Defective, Here are the Steps You Need To Complete The Repair/Replacement

The location of the Solenoid Fill & Vent Valves are located on the right hand side of the autoclave as you are facing it.

Here is where the valves are located and the tools you will need to complete the repairs

Midmark Autoclave With Right Hand Side Panel Removed

Unplug the 2 wires connected to the Fill & Vent Valves and move them out ot the way just to the left

Unplug the wires from the valve assemblies

Remove the Copper Fitting on top of the Vent Valve with a 1/2" Wrench



Remove The Adaptor on top of the Vent Valve with a 3/4" Wrench
