SOLID STATE CONTROLLER With Wiring Harness

• Includes OCM+ Solid State Controller
• Includes Controller Board Wire Harness
• Trim Pot (Temperature Controller) may have to be adjusted
• Mounts on bottom plate of machine

Note: Before Ordering. trace the 2 black wires leading from your thermistor (located on the chamber) to the Solid State Controller you currently have. If they are soldered ("hard wired") to your exisitng board (they do not plug into the board) you will need to order the Thermistor Connector Kit.

Before Testing The Solid State Controller, Test each of the following components for continuity

• OCR+ Function Switch
• OCR+ Overheat Thermostat
• OCR+ Heating Elements

If any of these OCR+ components are not continuous, they must be replaced and could very well be the source of the problem you are experiencing

For a basic test of the OCR+ Solid State Controller, measure the voltage from the top terminal of the Power Switch To The Common Terminal Of The Function Switch

If your reading is approximately 120 volts, the board is open and will need to be replaced. If yur reading is 0 VAC, the board is probably good.

This is provided there is continuity through the function switch, over temperature switch and the heating elements
