The Water Level Switch is a safety device which prevents the autoclave from being heated up in the case of insufficient water in the reservoir
If your Tuttnauer Autoclave is giving the message ADD WATER, and the ADD WATER indicator is lit, it means the control board does not think there is not enough water in the reservoir to complete a cycle.
But, if you have plenty of watetr in the reservoir and are still getting the same ADD WATER Message, it means your Reservoir Water Level Switch is defective and needs to be replaced. And this is the switch you need to correct the problem
