REINFORCING BLOCK KIT
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Unplug autoclave and ensure no pressure is remaining in chamber
  2. Remove outer casing of autoclave. Do not remove the front panel
  3. Remove the two (2) bolts connecting the mounting flange to the catch assembly and front panel
  4. Place one (1) of the reinforcing blocks flat against the inside of the mounting flange as shown below in the diagram. Be sure that the radius or curved side of the reinforcing block is mounted toward the chamber.
  5. Using two (2) of the bolts provided in the kit, secure the reinforcing block to the mounting flange, catch assembly and front panel
  6. Remove the two (2) bolts connecting the mounting flange to the door hinge and front panel. IMPORTANT: Support the door assembly as you remove bolts from the hinge
  7. Place one (1) of the reinforcing blocks flat against the inside of the mounting flange as shown below in the diagram. Be sure that the radius or curved side of the reinforcing block is mounted toward the chamber
  8. Using two (2) of the bolts provided in the kit, secure the reinforcing block to the mounting flange, door hinge and front panel
  9. Replace the outer casing of autoclave
