A client ran into a problem I had not encountered before. Despite everything we tried, the door would not close.
I spoke with our engineer, Chris, about it and he pointed out that if the lever on the door motor was stuck in the down position, it would keep the door from closing
He sent it out for repair before calling us and was given an estimate of $1900.00 (grrr). I hate when that happens!
It is a simple fix, just replace the door motor
