Problem Cause Solution
Water Will Not Enter Chamber When Fill-Vent Switch Is Pressed
  1. Insufficient Water In Reservoir
  2. Unit Unplugged, or Outlet Not Live
  3. Defective Fill/Vent Switch
  4. Defective Solenoid
  5. Tubing Clogged
  1. Fill Water Reservoir To "MAX" Line
  2. Make Sure Unit Is Plugged In & Reset Circuit Breaker For Outlet
  3. Replace Fill/Vent Switch
  4. Replace Defective Solenoid
  5. Clear Tubing Of Debris Causing Blockage
Water Continues To Enter Chamber After Fill/Vent Switch Is Released
  1. Defective Fill/Vent Switch
  2. Defective Solenoid
  3. Debris On Solenoid Seat
  1. Replace Fill/Vent Switch
  2. Replace Solenoid
  3. Remove Solenoid & Clean Seating Surfaces To Remove Debris
Water Enters Chamber Slowly
  1. Water In Reservoir Tank Is Low

  2. Clean Tubing To Remove Debris

Cycle ON Indicator Does Not Light

  3. Low Water Cut-Off Switch Not Reset
  4. Low Water Cut Off Switch Defective
  5. Defective MODE Selector Switch
  1. Replace Light
  2. Make Sure Unit Is Plugged In & Reset Circuit Breaker For Outlet
  3. Try Resetting Low Water Cut-Off Switch
  4. Replace Low Water Cut-Off Switch
  5. Replace Mode Selector Switch
Heat On Indicator Does Not Light
  1. Defective Light
  2. Autoclave Not Plugged In Or Circuit Breaker Tripped
  3. Low Water Cut-Off Switch Not Reset
  4. Low Water Cut Off Switch Defective
  5. Defective Mode Selector Switch
  6. Timer Is In "OFF" position
  7. Defective Timer
  8. Defective TEMPERATURE/PRESSURE Control

Heating Element Does Not Heat When Mode Selector Switch Is In "STERILIZE" Position

  2. Unit Not Plugged In Or Circuit breaker Tripped
  3. Low Water Cut-Off Switch Not Reset
  4. Low Water Cut-Off Switch Defective
  5. Defective Mode Selector Switch
  6. Timer Is In "OFF" Position
