Here's How To Remove the Bellows Assembly (Pressure Switch)
  1. Remove the pressure stat assembly from the machine
  2. Remove the micro-switch
  3. Rotate the control shaft completely, allowing the spring to fall free of the actuator and Remove Spring
  4. Remove the “E” ring from the bellows
  5. Remove the hex nut from the bellows and then remove the defective bellows from the assembly
How To Install The Maganclave Bellows (Pressure Switch)


Here's How To Install The New Bellows Assembly (Pressure Switch)
  1. Working the repair in reverse, install the new bellows
  2. Using your fingers on one hand to depress the actuator and compress the bellows, push the spring back onto the stainless steel bushing with your other hand
  3. Rotate the control shaft and verify proper movement of the spring against the actuator
  4. Reinstall the micro-switch
  5. Reinstall the pressure stat assembly in the machine
  6. Before installing the knob back on the pressure stat, run a sterilization cycle to orientate the knob with the temperature that is registered on the gauge
