I really appreciate your trouble-shooting section on the Statim 2000. I was able to pinpoint my problem, order the right part, and fix it myself. I also am repairing an older Statim 2000 that Henry Schein said would cost too much to repair and they convinced me to buy a new one. It's a good thing I kept the old unit so now I will have a backup Statim. Thanks for all your help.. Will definetly recommend to anyone looking for the autoclave. I will go back to buy again.
