Orders can be canceled if cancellation request is received prior to order being shipped

Prior Approval and a Return Authorization must be obtained prior to returning any item. For Refund, Item(s) must be returned in original, unopened packaging

Used items are not returnable under any circumstances

No Returns Will Be Accepted After 30 Days.

All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund. Shipping &/or Handlings Fees Are Non-Refundable

No Refunds Are Given On Electronic Components (Including Boards, Solenoids, Power Cords, Etc) at any time. These Components Are Non-Refundable. If Defective, Replacement Under Our Warranty Program Is The Only Remedy Available
