Orders To Be shipped via UPS Are Shipped Same Day (On Normal Business Days) If Order Is Received By 3:00 pm Central Time. If an item is on back order, we will attempt to notify you within 24 hours. Normal Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location

It is important to note that shipping times are in business days (Monday thru Friday), and not calendar days. For example, an order shipped on a Friday for Next Day delivery will be delivered the following Monday since Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

International Including Canadian Customers: Shipping charges do not include any Brokerage Fees, Customs Fees or Taxes that you may be charged.

We make it simple:

• Check the Ground Shipping option when checking out
• In The "Special Instructions Box" below the shipping options, give us your FEDEX Or UPS Account Number
• Then tell us the way you want your order shipped (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day, etc)
• When you supply us with your own FEDEX Or UPS Account number, we will refund the ground shipping you were charged during check out....... after your order has been approved & processed

Orders placed during normal business hours to be shipped via Priority Mail are shipped the Next Business Day

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization. We are sorry, but Shipping Charges Are Non-Refundable, unless we made an error.

All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee

Also, the credit card companies no longer refund credit card processing charges. These charges will now be deducted from all refunds
